All of our products are handmade with care. Please note that slight variations may occur due to the nature of handcrafted items, making each piece truly unique.

Personalised orders are made exactly as provided, so please double-check spellings and details at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for customer input errors.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Processing and Delivery

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless the item has already entered production. After this time, especially for personalised items, cancellations may not be possible.
