Refund policy

At Bella Designs, every item is handmade with care, and we want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on personalised or custom-made items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

For non-personalised items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at bdlmtd@hotmail.com with the following details:

  • Your name and order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, including clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund – whichever is most appropriate.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
