Processing Times

All of our items are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and package your order before it is shipped. For personalised or custom orders, please allow a little extra time – we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Information

We currently ship to addresses within the UK only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Free Local Collection

Delivery Delays

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail or a trusted UK courier. While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or Lost Items

We package all items with love and care, but if your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery or expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
